Deleting your data

You are always in control of your KidSafe Play account. You can permanently delete your account and everything we store about you — including any data we received from Google or Facebook sign-in (your name, email and profile picture) and your approved-games list.

How to request deletion

1. Email contact@genai.io.vn from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”.
2. We’ll confirm and remove your account and all associated data within 30 days.

If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove KidSafe Play from your Facebook settings: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. That revokes our access; email us as above to also erase any data already stored.

What gets deleted

• Your account record (name, email, hashed password).
• Any profile information received from Google or Facebook sign-in.
• Your approved-games list and related settings.
